Marketing automation is a huge topic these days, because many of the tasks humans typically don't do with consistency can now be automated to near perfection. "Text marketing automation and/or SMS marketing automation” is where the world is heading.

When we applied for and received our patent for personalizing text messages, it was done with a look to the future. How do we make automation that much more powerful? By making it personal.

Automation allows businesses to do more with less. More business with less human hours. Less human hours=less money. More business for less $$$ is a formula for success.

We don't need guessing games, we need formulas. We are on to a good start.

So...do text drip campaigns work?

Let's look at some data as a start.

So...they work. How do you set one up?

First, define what your objectives are from the campaign. Do you want demos, trials, signups or engagement? Is your goal sales and service or just one of the two?

Next, put together a sales funnel to drive traffic through a process. Get with your UI person, and make it good.

Third, formulate a strategy. Maybe you use email and texting? Maybe you add a social media plan in as well?

Fourth, start the campaign. Make sure you close people after the trial!
